The Jones Lane PTA is happy to present this website as an additional information source for parents about Jones Lane Elementary, our PTA, and the Quince Orchard cluster of schools which includes Jones Lane ES. It is our objective to provide an overview of PTA activities, answer basic information about the PTA, and expose parents to issues within our school system which impact us in all our cluster schools.
Central to the success of our PTA's partnership with the school is the willingness of parents to get involved in the school and with PTA. This website should give you an idea of the myriad of possibilities in volunteering. Please do not hesitate to contact anyone listed in these pages if you are interested in the topic for which he/she is responsible. The PTA publishes a monthly newsletter that is sent home with the
oldest child in the family. The newsletter reviews PTA news, provides
a review of grade level classroom activities and plans, and includes
a monthly message from our principal, Mrs. Carole Sample. To review

The PTA maintains an email distribution list for sending periodic information, reminders and updates to parents and PTA members. Please consider joining this list by sending an email request to ecommunications@jlespta.org.
The PTA meetings are the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the All Purpose Room. Everyone is welcome to attend. Minutes of each are recorded and set forth under Minutes.
Jones Lane is participating in five major promotions programs for this year. The programs are Giant Food's A+ Bonus Bucks, Safeway's Club for Education, General Mills' Box Tops for Education, Campbell's Labels for Education, and SchoolPop.com. All five programs provide instructional equipment, vendor certificates, and cash rebates back to Jones Lane ES. To sign up and support these programs, please turn to Promotions.
